I'm morally opposed to having favorites (especially in the case of something like colour where the things are for mixing and matching), but I'll use this opportunity to pick Brown, which always seems to be at the bottom on favorite colour graphs. There are so many great instances of brown; I just don't think we pay attention to them enough.
